Joel L.

Joel L. is the Co-Founder and CEO of Protos Labs, a Singapore-based cyber insurtech company. Joel is also currently an Angel Investor in a local restaurant group and was previously the CEO and Founder of an HR-tech company that was successfully acquired. Joel has extensive experience in cyber threat intelligence and risk management, having worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and OCBC Bank in various leadership roles. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Singapore Management University with a double major in Information Systems Management and Organization Behaviour and Human Resource. Additionally, Joel has served as a Critical Information Infrastructure Protection member at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore and an Executive Board Member at Agape Methodist Church.
