Amanda Jenkins, CTFL, has extensive experience in various roles within Protos Security since March 2016, including Scrum Product Owner, QA Manager, Test Lead, Client Account Manager, and Dispatch Support Specialist. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Home Shopping Network Inc. (Shop TV) from November 2011 to March 2016 as a Machine Handling Equipment Operator, focusing on the safe relocation of products and materials within the warehouse to support daily production tasks. Amanda holds an Associate of Science degree from Virginia Western Community College and graduated from Staunton River High School in 2008.
