Angela Flood

Angela Flood joined Security Services Holdings LLC and Protos Security in 2019 as the Corporate Controller. With over 17 years of diverse industry experience, Ms. Flood is an accomplished Controller who brings significant expertise across all core accounting functions, including general accounting, technical accounting, acquisition-related accounting, internal controls and accounting operations. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Flood served as the Corporate Controller for HomeServe USA and as the Global Platform Controller for Louis Dreyfus Commodities. Ms. Flood was also an Audit Manager at KPMG, LLP.

Ms. Flood received her Masters of Accountancy from the University of Connecticut and her Bachelor of Science from Marist College where she double majored in Accounting and Finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
