Joseph Coughlan

Joseph Coughlan currently serves as the Field Operations Manager at Protos Security, where responsibilities include evaluating underperforming contracts and enhancing client and vendor relations. Previously, Joseph was a Business Development Specialist at OPS Security Group, achieving over $1 million in new business and successfully leading initiatives in the Philadelphia and Delaware Regions. In an earlier role as Operations Coordinator at the same company, Joseph managed the transition of special events from sales to service fulfillment. Joseph’s career began at A. Duie Pyle, Inc. as an Outbound Warehouse Worker, where effective management of shipments was a key responsibility. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School.
