Judson N. has over 15 years of experience in the insurance and fintech industries. Judson began their career in 2007 as an Account Executive and Manager at ERWIN INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. In 2011, they became a Founding Member and Space Underwriter at Castor Aerospace LLC, where they developed experience in capacity development, underwriting, legal and regulatory compliance, policy wording design and negotiation, pricing model development and management, and high value claims administration. In 2015, they became Principal at Erwin Insurance Agency\u00ae. In 2020, they took on the role of Head of Brokertech Initiatives at Protosure, a NYC-based insurtech/fintech. In this role, they were highlighted at JPMorgan Chase's first fintech conference in April 2019 and was rated as one of the top 3 innovative insurtech startups globally in July 2019. Judson N. is currently an Entrepreneur In Residence at The D. E. Shaw Group.

Judson N. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the NYU Stern School of Business in Corporate Finance, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida in Corporate Finance. Judson is also certified with a CPCU in Good Standing from The Institutes, obtained in June 2021, and holds an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) from The Institutes CPCU Society.
