Since 1996, Prototier-1 Inc. has been a trusted manufacturing partner for companies across North America that need precision stamped and formed metal components — from first prototypes through full production runs.

Operating from our 24,000 sq ft ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Ontario, we specialize in low-to-mid volume production of stamped, formed, laser-cut, machined, welded, and assembled metal parts. Whether you need 5 pieces or 10,000 annually, we deliver production-ready components with the quality, speed, and flexibility that large-scale shops simply can't match.

Our capabilities include stamping and forming (up to 600 tons), 3-axis and 5-axis laser cutting, CNC machining, welding and assembly, and full CMM inspection. We manufacture brackets, enclosures, trays, mounts, guards, hinges, covers, and complex formed assemblies for industries including industrial equipment, aerospace, medical devices, agriculture, HVAC, clean energy, and transportation.

What sets us apart is our team. Our highly skilled tool and die personnel and experienced designers work directly with your team — from DFM review and tooling development through production and quality assurance. Every part is inspected to precise tolerances by our certified quality team.

With 98% returning customers and nearly three decades of manufacturing expertise, Prototier is the partner manufacturers turn to when they need a reliable, flexible, Canadian source for low-to-mid volume metal components.
