Paige Browne

Project Manager at prototype:IT

Paige Browne has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Paige began their career in 1997 at IBM as a Customer Service Representative, providing Level 1 phone support to clients in the field. Paige then progressed to a Team Lead at the Help Desk, where they were the primary representative for Problem Management reporting and assisted with the training of new analysts. Paige was then promoted to a Process Architect for the Deskside Services, where they led process documentation during transitions of commercial accounts to IBM GS service standards. Paige was then promoted to a Lead Process Architect, leading teams of 3-6 employees per project through the development of Process Interface Manual for contractual deliverables of selected out-sourcing clients. In 2016, they joined InnoCore Solutions, Inc. at American Airlines as an ITIL Process Analyst/Business Analyst, where they defined, documented and analyzed IT processes for Identity and Access Management and Cross Enterprise platform team. In 2018, they joined PrototypeIT as a Project Manager, where they developed and managed project plans by utilizing standard templates and customizing for individual client requirements. Paige also acted as a liaison between clients, PrototypeIT's technical staff and vendors, setting appropriate expectation with clients. Paige managed client on-boarding, in-life projects and off-boarding, completing projects with PrototypeIT's company strategy, standards and client commitments. Paige also performed gap analysis by analyzing and documenting the "as-is" processes and defining and documenting the "to-be" processes, creating standard templates and styles for future re-use and consistency among documents.

Paige Browne has studied Mathematics at the University of Minnesota and Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at Augustana University (SD). Paige also has an ITIL V3 Foundations certification.
