Teri Olson

Teri Olson has worked in the IT field since 1993. Teri began their career as a Site Manager at Citibank Credit Services, where they were responsible for supervising the operation of the local network and helpdesk for 700 users. Teri then moved to Optel, Inc. as a Network Administrator, where they were responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining, and backing up network servers. In 2000, they worked as a LAN Engineer at Networktwo Communications, where they were responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining NT 4 servers, and planned, tested, and installed Norton Antivirus Enterprise Solution. In 2001, they moved to E. W. Blanch Holdings as a LAN Engineer, where they were responsible for configuring, installing, maintaining 25+ Windows NT Servers, performing server backups and restores, virus protection, and troubleshooting other server problems. In 2015, they began working at Prototype IT, where they held the roles of Operations Manager and Customer Service Coordinator.

Teri Olson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas between 1993 and 1997. Teri then obtained a Microsoft MCSE from Microsoft in April 1998, a Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in March 1999, a Novell CNE Program - NetWare 5 from Novell in August 2000, an IT Glue Certified Professional: Administrator Level 2 from IT Glue in September 2020, and a Datto Certified Practitioner in Autotask PSA from Datto, Inc. in April 2021.
