Julia Behle

Julia Behle has diverse experience in educational project management and teaching, particularly focused on STEM fields and sustainability. From February 2015 to November 2019, Julia served as a project Mitarbeiterin at Provadis Hochschule, where key responsibilities included the conception, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of funded career orientation projects. Julia developed and delivered workshops on new technologies and renewable energy for students, while also transitioning existing formats to virtual environments. Subsequently, Julia worked as a Dozentin at Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V. from September 2019 to December 2020, teaching courses for chemistry lab trainees. Since December 2020, Julia has been the project manager at Provadis Partner für Bildung und Beratung GmbH, leading the Girls4MINT initiative, which promotes gender-neutral career orientation for girls in the STEM sector, with a focus on digitalization and sustainability. Julia holds a Staatsexamen in physics and chemistry for secondary education from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, awarded in 2014 with a grade of 1.29.
