Alexandre Copin

Alexandre Copin is an experienced M&A and corporate development professional currently serving as the Head of M&A at Provalliance, the leading global entity in the beauty hairdressing industry, where responsibilities include building an in-house M&A practice and leading strategic network development in France. Prior to this role, Alexandre founded and managed Beyond Advisory, providing startups and SMEs with business and financial guidance. Alexandre's extensive background includes senior positions in M&A transaction services at Mazars, strategy consulting at TNP Consultants, and financial analysis at BNP Paribas and Deloitte. Alexandre holds a Master’s in Finance from ESCP Business School and a Master’s in Management from TBS Education.
