Ryan Mavilla

Ryan Mavilla is the Senior Director of New Client Partnerships at Provalus, where they focus on driving solutions in BPO, ITO, cybersecurity, and ServiceNow while revitalizing rural America by creating U.S.-based careers for veterans and communities. They have held various roles in the financial sector, including Senior Agricultural Commodities Trader at Ronin Capital LLC and Managing Director at Optomi, where they were responsible for sales and recruiting productivity. Ryan began their career as a Market Maker at Sallerson Troob LLC and later worked at Chicago Capital Markets LLC and Atlantic Trading. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePaul University and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Georgia.
