Jim Gonzalez

Jim Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in account management and benefits analysis, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at The Provant Group since March 2020, after progressing from an Account Manager role. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Benefit Analyst at Lockton Companies from March 2017 to March 2020 and as a Health & Benefits Specialist at Aon Risk Solutions from November 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing renewal projects and analyzing health care plans. Jim also worked as a Senior International Assistance Coordinator at AXA Partners from October 2012 to November 2014, coordinating medical assistance for high-profile clients. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University and is a graduate of Saint Patrick High School.
