Customer Success Manager

Caroline Smith is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in customer success and instructional leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and formerly as a Customer Success Operations Analyst and Course Designer at Provar since August 2022, Caroline has built a strong background in educational coaching and program implementation during a tenure at Metro Nashville Public Schools from August 2013 to August 2022. Notable roles included Literacy Coach, where Caroline developed teacher teams and crafted a literacy vision, ELA Teacher, where recognition as District Teacher of the Year was achieved, and Building Testing Coordinator, responsible for organizing assessments for 440 students. Caroline holds an Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership and Accountability from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master’s in Education from Lipscomb University, and a Bachelor's in English Literature from Louisiana State University.
