Sandi Tepper

Sandi Tepper has worked in the technology and engineering sectors for over 30 years. Sandi began their career in 1990 as an Electro-Optical Engineer at Dynetics, Inc. In 1995, they joined AT&T as a Lead RF Performance Engineer, where they led a team of five RF performance engineers and created process documents for new site turn up and cluster optimization. In 2004, Sandi became a Project Manager and Process Developer at Bechtel Corporation, where they organized contractors and AT&T staff on schedules, tasks, and status reports. Later that year, they co-founded Provare Technology, where they managed and coached all employees working on more than 150 engagements for 50+ clients in a fast-paced environment including business and technology processes and products. Sandi also standardized and streamlined $500 million in revenue by leading 8 complex projects designing organizational and process improvements. Most recently, in 2021, Sandi joined Verizon Connect as a Technical Project Manager.

Sandi Tepper obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering-Electromagnetics, Lasers and Optics from The University of Alabama in 1990. Sandi also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification.
