Andrew Prozes

Andrew Prozes is the current director at Prove. Andrew has over ten years of experience as a CEO and board member for various companies. Andrew was previously the CEO of LexisNexis, a global provider of legal and risk management solutions and information. Andrew also served as a director of Reed Elsevier during the same time period. At LexisNexis, they transformed the company from a collection of individual country operations with separate products into a provider of customizable online data and information solutions for the legal and risk markets. Andrew grew revenues from $1.7 billion to more than $4 billion and oversaw 40+ acquisitions during their tenure as CEO.

Andrew Prozes' educational career began with a B.Math in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Andrew then went on to earn their MBA from York University.
