Benjamin Levine serves as Intellectual Property and Commercial Counsel at Prove since March 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial litigation and transactions. Previously, Benjamin worked as an Associate at Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, focusing on litigation and attorney ethics defense while handling complex legal matters. As a Legal Intern at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, Benjamin assisted low-income artists with legal services, and at Ladas & Parry LLP, conducted research on digital and privacy laws. Previous internships at RAB Lighting involved contract dispute research, and at Lockheed Martin, Benjamin developed a SQL database after obtaining a Secret Security clearance. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and an MBA from Binghamton University, alongside a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering.
