Kat Bardash

Kat Bardash is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in data analysis and management. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager and formerly as a Data Scientist at Prove since January 2020, Kat has a proven track record in leading data-driven projects. Prior roles include Data Analyst positions at Payfone and Bright by Three, where significant contributions included conducting NLP analysis and providing statistical insights. Kat also showcased leadership as a Data Science Project Lead Intern with Florida Data Science for Social Good, emphasizing client communication and team collaboration. Earlier professional experience includes teaching mathematics at Rangeview High School and New Visions Charter High School, as well as project management at Transworld Marketing. Kat holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Regis University and a Master’s in Teaching Mathematics from Montclair State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business from The College of New Jersey.
