Kathleen Ugalde

Kathleen Ugalde is currently a Senior Privacy Counsel at Prove, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Privacy Counsel and Global Privacy Counsel at Allianz from 2023 to 2025. Kathleen has also gained valuable experience as a Senior Supervising Corporate Counsel at Subway and as a Compliance Examiner at Verus Financial. Their early career includes roles as a Legal Intern at Families and the Law Clinic and as a Congressional Intern at the US House of Representatives. Kathleen earned a BA in English and Environmental Studies from Fairfield University and a Doctor of Law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
