Mark Donovan

Mark Donovan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in early childhood education and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Special Advisor to the CEO and Board Member at Proven Behavior Solutions, LLC, Mark's recent role as Chief Executive Officer at Magical Beginnings Learning Centers involved overseeing a network of early childhood education schools in the Greater Boston Area, with plans for expansion. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at Attain ABA, Mark successfully grew the organization's footprint from three to ten states, providing ABA therapy to families with children on the autism spectrum. Mark also co-founded Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, where as Chief Development Officer, the organization expanded to 14 states and 35 locations, delivering high-quality home care to medically fragile children. Mark holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Architecture from Princeton University.
