Peter Verlander

Peter Verlander has worked in various roles in the field since 1991. Peter began as a Research Associate at The Rockefeller University, followed by a role as Director of Science/Technology at Vitivity in 2001. In 2003, they became the Associate Director of Strategic Development at the Harvard/Partners Center for Genetics and Genomics. In 2006, they were Principal at GVG Consulting. From 2008 to 2014, they held dual roles as Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of both Provia Laboratories and Store-A-Tooth. Finally, they are currently the Chief Executive Officer of Renewal Cord Blood Banking.

Peter Verlander completed a Post-doctoral in Genetics from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons between 1986 and 1989. Peter also obtained a BS in Biology from Tulane University between 1976 and 1979. Lastly, they received a PhD in Microbiology from Duke University.
