Customer Experience Trainer

Michael Ruhl possesses a diverse background with extensive experience in production management, logistics, and training within various industries. As a Production Supervisor at Robin Industries, Inc. from December 2017 to July 2018, Michael demonstrated leadership capabilities. Prior military service as a Combat Engineer Crewmember in the US Army (February 2009 - September 2012) involved organizing performance evaluations and ensuring operational safety. Since July 2018, Michael has been serving as a Customer Experience Trainer at ProVia. Previous roles include System Support Analyst for Baylor Scott & White Health and Senior Programming Operator at the Public Broadcasting Service, where responsibilities encompassed logistics management and employee training.
