Jason Skinner has extensive experience in finance roles within the NHS, beginning as Deputy Director of Finance at NHS South West Essex from October 2005 to 2010. Jason then served as Chief Finance Officer at various organizations, including NHS South Essex (2011-2012), NHS Central Eastern Commissioning Support Unit (October 2012 - September 2014), and Southend CCG (September 2014 - June 2016). Following this, Jason held the position of Chief Finance Officer for the Mid & South Essex STP from June 2016 to June 2022 before transitioning to Director of Finance for System Planning & Reporting at Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System from July 2022 to 2024. Currently, Jason works as Collaborative Finance Manager at Provide Community, supporting the community collaborative since June 2024.
