Joanne Dickman has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, having worked in various HR roles in different organizations since 1998. Currently, Joanne holds the position of Director, People Partnering at Provide Community, where Joanne plays a crucial role in shaping the Workforce Strategy and people priorities of the organization. Prior to this, Joanne has worked as an HR Manager at Colchester Institute and held multiple HR positions at Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust. Joanne holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Anglia Polytechnic University.
