Vicky Waldon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare and community services sector. Their most recent position is as a Trustee at Hamelin Trust, which they started in 2022.

Prior to that, Vicky held various roles at Provide Community, including Group Chief Commercial Officer from September 2019 onwards and Executive Director of Integrated Pathway HUB from July 2013 to September 2019.

Before joining Provide Community, Vicky served as the Director of Operations at Central Essex Community Services from July 2008 to July 2013.

From November 2006 to June 2008, Vicky worked as the Deputy Director of Commissioning at Mid Essex PCT.

Starting their career at Maldon PCG in January 1998, Vicky held the role of Director of Healthcare Development & Specialist Services until November 2006.

Vicky Waldon began their education at Chalvedon School in 1979 and completed their schooling there in 1985. In 1986, they attended Thames Polytechnic and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, which they completed in 1989. Vicky then pursued their studies at the University of Birmingham in 2000-2001, where they obtained a Diploma in Health Economics.

In 2007-2009, Vicky returned to the University of Essex where they pursued a Diploma in Higher Education in Healthcare Management. Following this, in 2012-2013, they attended the University of Glasgow and achieved a Diploma in Coaching, specializing in Performance Coaching.

Continuing their education, Vicky enrolled at the University of Essex in 2017-2022, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Presently, they are set to attend the Chartered Management Institute in 2023 to obtain a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership.
