Mac Daniel Dimla is currently the Executive Pastry Chef at Providence LA, a prestigious Relais Château and three Michelin-star restaurant. They previously served as the Kitchen Assistant at Hyatt Regency Guam from 2012 to 2014. Mac earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America between 2014 and 2016. In 2018, they took on the role of Executive Pastry Chef at Providence.
