Simone Brown, MBA, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lakeland Bank, a position held since October 2021, after progressing from the role of Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Connection as Human Resource & Talent Acquisition within the Enterprise Solution area and a sales management role at MetroPCS, where Simone focused on customer relations and employee training. Simone holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and International Business from Everest University-Pompano Beach, along with a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University.
