Since 2017, Provident10 has been serving the public service employees of Newfoundland and Labrador. At more than 60,000 members (and growing), we are one of the largest public service pension plans in Atlantic Canada.

Provident10 was created as a result of pension reform in Newfoundland and Labrador in 2014 and oversees the investment management and pension administration of the Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP). 

Since our creation, we've focused on building a team who demonstrate their endless commitment to supporting our members and the long-term sustainability of the Fund.

We’re proud to have been named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers for three consecutive years! We earned the designation by focusing on implementing policies and initiatives that are employee-focused and help make Provident10 a great place to work, like employer-matched contributions to a defined benefit pension plan; a new, modern office space; and in-house health and wellness initiatives.
