Andrew Luers received a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from the University of Oxford, a MA in Theology from the University of Oxford, an SM in Aeronautic-Astronautic Engineering and Technology Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in Physics and Economics from Texas Christian University.
