David Dunn

David Dunn is the current Principal at Province. Prior to this, they were Managing Partner at Cross Sound Management LLC from May 2016 to January 2021. Cross Sound Management LLC is a SEC-registered investment advisor employing a research-intensive, catalyst-focused approach to identifying idiosyncratic, non-correlated distressed investment opportunities. The Firm's Managing Partners, David Dunn and Arif Gangat, have combined investment and restructuring experience of 40 years over many distressed cycles for credit.

From December 2010 to April 2016, David Dunn was employed at Arrowgrass Capital Partners (US) LP as Distressed Opportunities. From January 2006 to December 2010, they worked as Counsel - Financial Restructuring at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. And prior to that, they were Associate - Corporate Restructuring at Sidley Austin from January 2004 to December 2006, and at Greenberg Traurig from January 2001 to December 2004.

David Dunn attended St. John's University School of Law and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
