Nancy Smith

Nancy Smith is currently the Chair at Provision Analytics. Prior to this, they were with the Business Council of Alberta as a member of their Energy & Environment Committee. Nancy has also been with Creative Destruction Lab and the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership in Business (CCAL). From May 2017 to April 2021, they were a board member and the chair of the risk committee at ARC Resources Ltd. Nancy has also been with ARC Financial Corp since March 1999, where they are a Director and Managing Director, as well as their Chief Financial Officer. Nancy is also a member of their Investment Committee and Executive Committee. Nancy has been chair of the board of directors and the audit committee for Corinthian Oil Corp since December 2014. Finally, they were Vice President Upstream Marketing, Treasurer, and Pension Investment Officer at Petro-Canada from March 1990 to March 1999.

Nancy Smith has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Economics from the University of Alberta, and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
