Mike Reid

Mike Reid is a dynamic business leader with over 20 years of experience in driving multimillion-dollar cost savings and operational efficiencies across various sectors, including private and government. They currently serve as Director at ERA Group, where they help organizations improve cash flow and reduce operating costs, leveraging a worldwide network of consultants to achieve significant savings. Previously, Mike held roles at Lockheed Martin and Columbia Research Corporation as an engineer, and later served as Senior Project Manager at SAIC. Additionally, Mike is an Executive Committee Member at ProVisors and a Board Member for XPX Maryland, where they coordinate programs for business advisors. Mike holds a BSME from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland.
