RJ (Robert) Kirschner, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and law enforcement. As the CEO and President of Threat Management And Protection, Inc. since January 2000, RJ Kirschner has led initiatives in armed security and crisis response. In addition, RJ serves as a member of Provisors, focusing on fostering professional relationships and collaboration among trusted advisors. RJ founded Top Gun Training Centre, LLC, developing training programs in firearms and use of force for various audiences. Prior experience includes serving as a Parole Agent with the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, where responsibilities included gang investigations and law enforcement liaison work. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and various certifications in criminal investigations and law enforcement training.
