Lance Robbins is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of KEEL HR, where they foster a flexible and people-centric workplace culture. Previously, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Provivi, Inc., and held significant roles in talent acquisition and consulting across various organizations, including XWP and Distribute. With experience spanning over a decade, Lance has focused on optimizing remote and hybrid team structures and enhancing employer branding. They are also a keynote speaker and host of the Fractional.fm podcast, where they share insights from their journey as a coach and HR leader. Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in History from American Public University.
