Peter Ludlow

Peter Ludlow has a long history of working in engineering roles. Peter began their career at Lamhroe Ltd. in 2011 as a Microwave Engineer, where they were responsible for prototyping and testing modulated backscatter bistatic radar sensors, RF circuit design, and antenna array design, simulation and testing. In 2013, they co-founded Sensurity Ltd., where they designed, prototyped, and tested a dual technology bistatic radar/infrared reflectance perimeter intrusion detection (PID) system, a bistatic radar PID system, and an electronically scanned bistatic radar PID system. Peter also completed RF/Mixed signal PCB schematic capture and layout using Altium Designer. In 2016, they joined Arralis Ltd. as a Principal RF Engineer, leading the development of an E-Band 76-77 GHz automotive radar system for an automotive OEM customer. In 2019, they were awarded Arralis Engineer of the Year for their work on this project. Most recently, they became Co-Founder of Provizio in 2019, where their goal is to keep drivers safe through their accident prevention platform.

Peter Ludlow obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microwave Electronics from Queen's University Belfast between 2008 and 2011. Peter also obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University Belfast between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they obtained an Introduction to Python Programming certification from Udacity in October 2022, and a Digital Signal Processing certification from Coursera in December 2019.
