Rob van Lanen is a Change Agent at Prowareness since January 2012, where Rob assists customers in adopting the agile mindset to improve teamwork and business value. Rob has also served as an Entrepreneur in the NL South-East region, a Lead Coach, and an Agile Coach. Rob is also a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org, certified by Ken Schwaber. In the past, Rob has held positions such as Manager of Software Development at PAT Learning Solutions and Product Manager at G2 Speech. With a background in software development, Rob has vast experience in architecting and implementing applications in various organizations. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics.
