Tom Wilde

Tom Wilde has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Tom is currently the Head of Client Solutions at ProWritingAid since May 2019. Previously, they worked as the Director of Business Development at the International Institute for Learning from September 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, Tom held the position of Director at Emphasis Training, a specialist business-writing trainers company, from November 2007 to September 2018. Tom also served as a Client Manager at Emphasis Training from June 2006 to November 2007. Tom's experience also includes working as an Experiential Sales Manager at Maiden Outdoor from November 2004 to May 2006 and as a Business Development Manager at Boomerang Media Ltd from 1999 to 2004. Tom began their career as an English Teacher at various language schools from July 1996 to March 1999.

Tom Wilde completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Leeds between 1990 and 1993. Tom then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialization in Geography (Secondary) at Swansea University from 1993 to 1994. In 1996, Tom obtained a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Cambridge CELTA. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
