In 2011, they obtained the "COBIT – COBIT Foundation" certification from ISACA, as well as the "ISO 20000 - IT Service Management Foundation" and "ITIL v3 – ITIL Foundation" certifications from EXIN your ICT competence partner. Reginaldo completed the "AWS Solutions Architect - Associate" certification in January 2017, followed by the "AWS - Solutions Architect - Professional" certification in January 2019. Reginaldo also obtained the "AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate" certification in May 2017.
