proxhr is a zero-retention workforce data platform that allows HR teams to automate verifications of income and employment (VOIE) without storing or selling access to employee data to third parties.

proxhr was founded to eliminate the unnecessary trade-off between business efficiency and data privacy. For too long, the industry standard for outsourced workforce data has risked the sensitive PII of employees across third-party databases. We rebelled against this model by building a middleware layer based on a Privacy-by-Design architecture.

proxhr makes it possible to verify workforce data without actually storing it. We remove the need for third-party PII storage entirely, giving employers the transparency they need while ensuring employees don't have to sacrifice their data dignity for a paycheck. We are proving that efficiency and privacy can, and should, coexist.
