Caroline Mbugua is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations in Africa. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at EIDU since December 2022, Caroline contributes to the development of an ed-tech platform aimed at improving educational access for children in low- and middle-income countries. Prior roles include Head of People Engagement & Development and Talent Acquisition Manager at MarketForce, where responsibilities included leading learning initiatives and overseeing recruitment across multiple African markets. Additional expertise was gained as Head of Talent at The Afrijob Network, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and in roles at Career Connections and Summit Recruitment & Search, focusing on executive recruitment and client engagement. Caroline's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Daystar University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
