Prior to their current role, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Own The Trip Inc., an online travel agency operating in The Dominican Republic. Avanthi successfully built and sold the company to a leading tourism corporation.

Before that, Avanthi worked at Mitienda Labs as a Process Manager. Here, they standardized master process guidelines for internal operations, developed marketing manuals and industry-specific campaigns, and handled vendor vetting and selection guidelines.

Avanthi also worked as the Digital Division Lead at Ecuagarden, a group of flower farms and distribution companies. Avanthi designed and implemented the Digital Division of the corporation to expand its global footprint, including the development of marketing models and online portals.

Avanthi gained experience as a Core Business IT Consultant at Zions Bank, where they were responsible for monitoring client requirements and coordinating development teams for a large-scale banking project. Avanthi also served as a Management Consultant at LinkupHealth, providing analysis, research, and assessment to improve the company's brand value.
