Robert Delves

Robert Delves has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including public service, non-profit organizations, and the private sector. Currently serving as Planning Commissioner and Mayor Pro Tempore for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, Robert has previously held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Twin Buttes of Durango, investor at MUNIRevs, and global managing partner at Accenture. Additionally, Robert has contributed to rural economic development through advisory roles at the Center on Rural Innovation Fund and as president of Mountain Town Solutions. With a rich background in community service, including leadership roles in multiple non-profit boards, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University.
