Danielle Flood

Danielle Flood is an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in the insurance industry. Currently employed at Proximo Group, Danielle oversees various roles, including Branch Manager and Claims Manager, focusing on accident management and fleet services. Previously, Danielle held positions at O2 Insure and Tradewise Insurance Services, where skills in claims handling and technical negotiation were honed. Danielle also studied Forensic Psychology at The Open University from 2015 to 2021 and continues to pursue a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Services from The Listening Company.
