Derek Premo

Derek Premo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Derek currently holds two positions at Olde Town Brokers, starting in 2022. Derek is the Director of Agent Services and the Director of Business Development. Prior to that, in 2022, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Proximo, Inc. From 2008 to 2022, Derek worked with the NYC Department of Education, starting as a Teacher and progressing to Assistant Principal and eventually becoming a School Principal. Derek began their career as a Science Educator at Walt Disney World from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Derek served as the Chief Financial Officer at Olde Town Brokers from 2000 to 2008.

Derek Premo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Spanish at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1993 to 1997. Derek then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics Education at Brooklyn College from 2008 to 2010. Later, in 2012, Derek attended Baruch College for a year, focusing on School Leadership.
