Pascal Volkaert

Pascal Volkaert is a seasoned UX and Service Designer at Proximus since April 2019, focusing on the enhancement of digital customer journeys for residential markets and small enterprises through Design Thinking methodologies. With over a decade of experience at ING Belgium, Pascal held various roles, including UX Designer, Digital Sales Manager, and Process Manager, achieving significant milestones such as meeting online sales targets for three consecutive years and optimizing account opening processes for online savings products. Pascal also contributed to the ING Digital Academy as a guest speaker and has experience in project management for client acquisition optimization at ING Direct France. With a strong educational background that includes multiple certifications, Pascal continues to enhance skills in interaction design and digital marketing.
