Tom Mets

Tom Mets is currently the Operational Excellence Owner at Proximus, where they focus on enhancing operational efficiency. They previously worked as a Business Data Analyst in the Customer Operations department, implementing data analytics projects to improve customer experience. Tom has extensive experience as a triathlete, being part of both the Atriac High Performance Team and LTTD. They began their career as a lifeguard at De Nekker and have held various roles at Proximus that involved data analysis, project management, and big data solutions. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineer and two Bachelor’s degrees from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
