Proxy Property Management is a Dallas-based real estate development firm dedicated to revitalizing urban spaces through innovative, community-driven projects. With a focus on Oak Cliff and the surrounding areas, we specialize in restoring historic and underutilized properties, turning them into vibrant, functional spaces that enrich neighborhoods and support local businesses.

Our portfolio reflects our commitment to blending historical preservation with modern design. From boutique hospitality at The Madison Hotel to multifamily housing like Bonnie View, and adaptive reuse projects such as The Oak Cliff Assembly and East Dock, we aim to create spaces that not only serve their communities but celebrate their unique culture.

With over $40M in assets under management, including more than 200 residential units and 150,000 square feet of commercial space, Proxy Property has become a trusted partner in urban revitalization. We take pride in fostering collaboration with local businesses, hosting community input sessions, and ensuring our developments reflect the needs and aspirations of the neighborhoods they serve.
