Michele Thomas

Michele Thomas currently serves as Client Services Manager at Proxymity, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Michele spent over 13 years at Glass, Lewis & Co., initially as a Client Experience Manager and later as a Senior Client Services Manager, overseeing client service operations, onboarding, training, and the Alerts Team during proxy season. Prior experience includes a role as a Benefit Authorizer at SSA from August 2008 to August 2010, where Michele gained expertise in utilizing specialized computer systems for benefit claims. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Stony Brook University, earned in May 2008.
