ProYouth Nutrition was founded when a mum of two active children, couldn’t find nutritionally dense snacks they enjoyed eating before and after training. Her daughter didn't want to eat heavy meals before training and was always exhausted. Whilst the super market shelves were filled with cereal bars and other snacks, there wasn't any snacks that specifically targeted nutrients to support pre sports energy and post activity recovery. She didn't want to offer adult sports/protein bars which had sweeteners and ingredients that simply wasn't suitable or right for children's digestive system.

Having been into fitness and nutrition for over 20+ years Marina, the founder decided to quit her city job and create a range of healthy snacks specifically to support young athletes and active children.

By working with a team of Sports and Exercise Scientists, Nutritionists and industry experts ProYouth snacks were developed to suit the digestive and nutritional requirements of young athletes which is different to adults.

ProYouth Nutrition believes that the choices made now will help young and aspiring athletes understand the importance of nutrition and regulating their energy in their daily lives, now and forever.

We believe in inspiring the next generation of athletes to make healthy choices that are sustainable for life.
