Olena Shepelenko has been a dedicated Site Staff member at ProZ.com since 2009, also holding a training role during 2013. They earned a PhD in Public Administration from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine between 2012 and 2016, and previously completed a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 2005. Olena briefly studied at Hilderstone College in the United Kingdom in 2005.
