Dhruv Kumar

Dhruv Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Beginning a career at Delhivery as an Executive from October 2017 to June 2019, Dhruv focused on handling inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and ensuring efficient dock operations. Following this, Dhruv worked at DTDC Express Limited as an Executive from June 2020 to December 2021, managing inventory and manpower attendance alongside the RTO process. Currently serving as an Operation Executive at Prozo since December 2021, Dhruv leads end-to-end inbound and outbound operations in B2B and B2C environments, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, optimizing warehouse utilization, and maintaining safety standards. Dhruv holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, completed in 2018.
